Outofthe925 is a website that provides valuable content in the Tech, Social Media, and money-making sphere. Their content is mainly how-tos and guides.

The Problem

David (Outofthe925 CEO) had one big problem: He couldn’t find great writers to create content the way he wanted it. He also knew that most content in his industry had crucial shortcomings, such as:

  • No High-quality visuals
  • No Search intent consideration
  • No Content strategy
  • No Reputable sources

The Solution

I began with a suitable content and SEO strategy to kick-start his blog.

We started brainstorming possible ideas for content and decided to write a considerable amount of content to rank for long-tail keywords to get traffic and leads quickly.

In short, our goal was to go for small monthly views per article on a big batch of content per month.

We also noticed that the content in his niche was mainly made of guides/how-tos, but they lacked crucial elements to make the blogs comprehensible, such as visuals, screenshots, and a proper structure.

Have at least 3 reputable sources to increase my article’s authority

Have unique bits of information to make my article unique from the rest

On top of that, I also added:

Proper formatting to improve readability

A table of contents for skimming

All the SEO best practices (meta description, alt text, accurate keyword density, and the main keyword in the H1, H2s, and first paragraph)

Animated graphs and high-quality images

A strong CTA to make people engage

Accurate editing with Grammarly and Hemingway
