Askly

Askly is a Saas business offering a live chat service to companies. Live chat's goal is to offer high-quality, fast, and accurate customer service with real customer agents.

The Problem

Sandra (Askly CEO) had one pressing issue: Her content wasn’t producing results. On top of that, I noticed that the few articles she had on Askly lacked:

  • SEO optimization
  • High-quality visuals
  • Search intent consideration
  • Content strategy
  • Reputable sources
  • Strong headlines
  • Structure
  • In-depth research
  • Strong introduction
  • Attention to details

The Solution

My idea was to start with a suitable content and SEO strategy first.

We started brainstorming possible ideas for content and decided to split the content into:

Pillar content (the big articles about the main topics)

Cluster content (shorter articles that get very granular on hyper-specific topics related to their live chat service)

So, I started by asking myself: ”What is an interesting topic that can help my audience solve a pressing pain point they have?”

The idea I came up with was writing about multilingual customer service, which is closely related to the multilingual website article.

To cater to your global audience, you need a multilingual website, but you must also complement that with top-notch multilingual customer support.

This blog hooks my readers in because nailing your multilingual support is no walk in the park, but it’s crucial to sell to a global audience.

Once I had the topic, I did an extensive research, which allowed me to:

Nail the search intent for the target keyword (multilingual customer service)

Find a long-tail keyword with high monthly searches and low difficulty (using SEMrush)

Have at least 3 reputable sources to increase my article’s authority

Have unique bits of information to make my article unique from the rest

On top of that, I also added:

Proper formatting to improve readability

A table of contents for skimming

All the SEO best practices (meta description, alt text, proper keyword density, and the main keyword in the H1, H2s, and first paragraph)

Animated graphs and high-quality images

A strong CTA to make people engage

Proper editing with Grammarly and Hemingway

The Results

After publishing the articles, the content has achieved:

Increased followers for her social media

Increased likes and comments (50+ likes and comments on social media)

Positive comments from people in the industry

Increased views and leads
